- Find out if you need a Home Sleep Test. You can do this by calling us or consulting with your doctor.
- Get a referral from your GP or specialist.
- Make an appointment with Sleep Dynamics to set you up for a Home Sleep Test.
- Discuss your treatment options with the Sleep Dynamics team including our sleep specialist based on your individual results.
Lab Based Sleep Test
In Hospital Lab based Sleep test is available if you require a more thorough investigation of your sleep disorders.. These studies are available at Lingard Private Hospital, Toronto Private Hospital, Mayo Private Hospital and Forster Private Hospital. An in hospital lab sleep study is available at some of these locations for both public and private patients.
Therapy Trial and Device Follow Up Clinics
So you have been diagnosed with obstructive or central sleep apnea and you have been placed on a Mandibular Advancement Splint, CPAP, APAP or BiLevel device for treatment. You still require ongoing assessment and management of treatment for you and your device.
Our clinics can follow you up and ensure you are receiving optimal therapy making you feel better for longer. These centres are at Gateshead, Cessnock, Maitland, Singleton, Mayo Private Hospital, Forster Private Hospital, Tea Gardens and Toronto.

Mandibular Advancement Splints
A Mandibular Advancement Splint is a dental device created individually for each patient by our qualified dentist. The device is designed to help slide the lower jaw forward and therefore help in keeping a persons airway open whilst they are asleep.
